Permissions
OOC permissions:
Go for it. Open to threadjacking, backtagging, randomly being brought in for plot reasons, whatever.
IC permissions:
- Mental or physical harm is totally okay.
- Killing or containing/capturing I'd like to discuss heavily first.
- Please do not fourth wall.
- I'm open to shipping! It might take some doing
- If you want to get into psychic shenanigans, see below, but we can talk that out, too: feel free to get into his head in general, though. Just let me know what you're doing.

Possibly death/violent imagery. Possibly drug references. If you'd like to not hear any of these please tell me, I don't wish to make anyone uncomfortable.
Specifics:
Telepathy
1) Tetsuo can read your character's mind - either surface thoughts for silent communication, or a deep dive to read their memories/see into their soul. He can only see what you allow him to see OOCly, though - if he's reading further than the things your character directly thinks at him, I'll only ever be pulling from bracket text. It's possible to keep secrets from him, and he won't be likely to know everything about your character unless your character specifically allows him to/tries to get him to.
If you would like this to happen, please let me know:
Can Tetsuo contact your character telepathically?
Can Tetsuo read your character's mind/intentions?
If so, what would you like him to find/to not find? Bracket text ok?
If you would like shenanigans, or would like to use this as a plot point or anything, let me know here or by contacting me elsewhere. I'll always ask before doing this, no matter what.
2) If your character can host another mind/is psychically or empathically open (see, spirit medium, empath) Tetsuo could in theory jump his consciousness/abilities into your character's head and use them alongside your character. If you would like this to possibly happen one day, or feel it could apply and wish to discuss it, please let me know! This will never happen to an icly unwilling target.
Danger/Injury
Can Tetsuo psychokinetically pick up or throw your character? Y/N
Can Tetsuo injure your character? Y/N, if Y how far do you want to go/talk to me
Unfortunately, dealing with Tetsuo can lead to this - he's susceptible to being in a very bad state sometimes. So! If you tag with him and stuff might go downhill, please let me know how far you're okay with going. I'm going to try not to actually cause serious injury to anyone, but his canon has him doing a lot of that.
